All yer bosses out there and hear our voices! Do take time off to listen and care for your staffs! Staffs or workers are human too! They need understanding and respect too. Please do not jump on them with all guns ablazing over trivial matters as I am sure nobody likes to make mistake. Have a heart, be generous & take care of your staffs and you will reap benefits beyond your wildest imagination. You wouldn't want your staffs to start imagining like this cute baby, do you? :)
