NEW FRAUD TACTICS - best to take note. These Bad Guys are even using war tactics found in The Art Of War by Tsun Zhi!

(Some may not be true but be aware)FYI...and worth taking note...... NO WHERE SEEMS TO BE SAFE ANYMORE - SO WE HAVE TO BE EXTRA EXTRA CAUTIOUS NEW TACTICS

Someone shared the following cases:

(1) Today I passed by a building which has an ATM machine. There was an old man looking at me. Suddenly, he called me. He said he didn't know how to read, so he gave me his ATM card and asked me to help him withdraw money from the ATM machine. I answered 'NO!! If you need help, ask the security to help you.' Then he said 'nevermind..' and continued to find other people to help him... REMEMBER: ATM machines have CCTVs. If you help him he will later claim that you have robbed him or stolen his ATM card. Besides, his ATM card could be a stolen one. So please be careful of these tactics.

(2) Suddenly your house lights go off. From your window you find that your neighbours still have lights. So you go out of your house to check the Meter Box. But once you open the door, a knife will be pointing at you and preventing you from closing it. This is when you will be robbed and injured.REMEMBER: Even though your electricity suddenly goes off, DO NOT open your door immediately. Look around to see if there is anything unusual or if there is any noise around.
Lock your compound gate at all times! This will act as an deterrent to the potential robbers, they always look for easy target.

(3) This is another incident. You may have heard it before, it is about a lady who she saw a kid crying by the roadside. When she spoke to the kid, the kid told her he was lost and wanted her to take him home. The kid even gave her a paper with his house address. So she took him home. But when she rang the door bell, she had an electric shock. Later when she woke up, she was naked in an empty room. REMEMBER: Being such a compassionate and helpful person might not be a good thing these days. Pass this on and girls, please be careful..DON'T BE TOO KIND!! If you ever come across this, take the kid to the nearest police station!

(4) One day, there was an old lady outside my house holding 2 packets of sweets. At first I thought she was our neighbour and wanted to give us these packs of sweets as a gift. But then when she spoke, I can realised that she was a foreigner. I could not understand what she was talking about. I guessed she must be asking for money. I sensed there was something wrong and immediately closed the door and ignored her. Later, I found she and an accomplice robbed someone else down the road. Always trust your instinct! A powerful force within us!

(5) I was at the ATM machine to withdraw some money. Beside me at the next ATM, there was an old lady. She asked me whether I was able to withdraw my money because she said she had problem with her machine. Suddenly a small girl came up beside me. The small girl was squeezing in front of me. I thought she was just naughty and playful. But then, the small girl put her hand at the tray of the ATM machine where the money comes out, ready to take away my money. I sensed something was wrong and immediately pushed her away. Later I realised that the small girl and the old lady were working together. She was trying to steal my money while the old lady was trying to distract my attention by asking me questions! REMEMBER: BE VERY CAREFUL when you are at an ATM machine and be alert. Look out for anyone suspicious around you! There is a Chinese saying on this :- "Sing Tung Kek Sei"( Also found in Tsun Zhi Art Of War!).

(6) My parents are retired and stay at home most days. One afternoon, a young stranger went to their house and said his motorcycle had no more petrol and the petrol station was too far for him to push his bike there. So he asked my parents for an empty coke bottle to buy some petrol. He said he will pay RM2 for the bottle. So my mum took one coke bottle for him. He really took out the money from his pocket, but it was a RM 100 note. He told my mum he had no small change and asked my mum to give him the change. Luckily my mum was smart. She just told him to take it for free. REMEMBER: obviously that note is fake!! Who would want to pay for RM2 for an empty coke bottle!! It's very OBVIOUS that that stranger is a trickster.
Temptation & Greed! There is a saying - There is no such big frog that goes jumping around on the street! ("Mow Ti Kor Cup Lar Chui Kai Til" in Cantonese lingo! :)

(7) This happened in Bali . A newly married couple were having their honeymoon at the hotel. When both are in the changing room, the wife suddenly went missing. The husband was very anxious and went around to find her. He asked the hotel staff to help him find her. Then he thought his wife was just playing hide and seek. So he went back and waited for his wife. After a few hours, he decided to call the police. 3 weeks passed and there was still no news about his missing wife. So he went back and was very dissapointed and sad. A few years later, he came back to Bali , to watch a 'FREAK SHOW' in an old house. He saw a dirty and rusty metal cage. Inside there was a lady without limbs. Her body including the face was full of scars. When he had a closer look at her face, he was shocked to find that it was his missing wife!
Always stick to your wife when your travelling abroad!

(8) This happened in Shanghai. A few years ago, a lady reported to the police that her cousin sister was missing in the shopping complex. But after 5 years, one of her friends found her cousin sister begging at the road side one of the streets in Bangkok, Thailand. The worst thing is that her cousin sister has no more limbs and her body was tied to a lamp post with a shackle (metal chain).

(9) DO NOT open your house door when you hear the sound of a BABY CRYING!! It might be a trap! Women in the house must be alert to this trick. The police said it is the work of a robber or murderer using the recording of a baby crying to attract your attention.This normally happens at night and when you are alone in the house. If you really want to check it out, Make sure you on your porch/terrace/garden lamps first. Then, snoop around and look through the windows to watch for any unusual movements. Or best thing is to call your hubby or your friends if you are alone.

(10) I read an email that was sent by my friend. Her friend, known as A, went to Luo Hu Commercial City with 2 friends, B and C. Luo Hu Commercial City is the Shenzhen counterfeit goods distribution centre. There are many people there. It's also near to the Shen Zhen train station and Hong Kong's Luo Hu Port. C went to the toilet at the shipping centre while A and B waited outside. After waiting for a long, time they felt uneasy and went into the toilet to look for her. When they went in, there was nobody inside. Both were scared and they called C's phone. There was no reply. So they reported to the police. The police asked them whether they had seen anyboby suspicious going into the toilet. Both said there were none and its impossible to bring a life person out of the toilet without them noticing!. Then A remembered seeing a cleaner pushing a trolley in, and then coming out. The police told them that was not the first time such a thing happened. The police suspected a gang of criminals who were always attacking women in the the toilet of shopping complexes.They use cleaners to kidnap people to harvest their organs for sale. REMEMBER: please be careful when using the toilet. Do not go to the wash room or toilet ALONE!! Please at least have a partner with you.

Love is wonderful! Have you ever been in LOVE? I am sure most of you out there know what love is and the type of LOVE, right? Wonderful and yet painful for some, huh? Happy mooncake everyone! Today is Mooncake Festival! Some called it Lantern Festival! It used to celebrated in a grand way but since the first man set foot on the moon, the importance of this festival has somehow downgraded in a way. Anyway, when I was a kid, I enjoyed it a lot. Playing lanterns and lighting up candles with neighbours(kids). We even made our own lanterns!

Did my shopping at Tesco(Tasek Road) last Sunday. As usual,I prefer to park my car at the open air carpark. I was surprised that the few parking lots allocated for HANDICAPPED PERSON was full. These few lots are located near to the entrance for the convenience of this less fortunate people. Without thinking further on it, I proceed along to do my shopping for my basic weekly needs. Bought some instant mee, spaghetti/broccoli, organic vegetables, apples, etc. Then went over to the Cosway counter to buy a few more stuffs. While loading the things bought into my car, I noticed that those few cars parked at the HANDICAP CARPARK LOTS are not driven by handicapped person at all! What the hell ???? That's the first impression that appears in my mind! Those people are all healthy and fit as a fiddle! What's happening here? Don't they have any self conscious to the needs of others? Real selfish buggers! There are so many parking lots available out there. Of course the lots are located slightly further away from the building entrance but the distance will not pose any problem to any healthy legs to walk. What a shame! Imagine if a handicapped person were to come to Tesco, where the hell is this person going to park the car as the special carpark lots allocated were taken up by those selfish car owners? God give us each a pair of healthy legs and yet we do not want to utilise them! The management of this hypermart should monitor this. I suggest that they should make announcement via the P.A. system asking the selfish car owners to move their cars away from those special lots and towed them away after 20 minutes by tow trucks if nobody turns up! CCTVs must be installed at carparks area to do this successfully. This is to ensure that this designated lots are used by the special people and not abused by others.
The other disgusting thing that I noticed was the shopping trolleys carts that we used for our shopping. Trolley cart ports are setup at various parts of the parking lots for everyone to place back the trolleys once done. At last, there still many of the shoppers that will just leave the trolleys at the middle of the road or at his adjacent vacant parking lot. So convenient, huh? Just packed up after shopping and leave! Why can't we just push the trolleys back to the designated places? It will only take a little effort and time. We do that when we are shopping abroad. Why not here? Anyone care to explain this 2 disgusting behaviour of Malaysians shoppers??

Be careful as this happened very close to us. Even if you need to move your car, get someone to go with you. PLEASE DO NOT GO ALONE! *********************************************************** My boss almost kena carjacked yesterday. She sent out an email to the entire department telling her story - as a caution to all single women drivers. It sounds damn scary. Can not imagine what I'll do if I was in her position. I've pasted her email here in its entirety. Girls, please be careful and be wary of your surroundings - bad things can happen DAY OR NIGHT - bad guys don't CARE anymore. Here, her email: colleagues, I was chased and attacked by a group of men in 2 cars trying to hijack my car in the afternoon yesterday. I was driving my husband's car alone on my way back from mid valley at about 4.30pm and only noticed these 2 cars as I was turning left into Jalan Beringin, Damansara Heights. They came awfully close and fast which I thought strange as it was a residential area and full of road humps. Then the first car (which was a E class Mercedes) came to my side and the passenger (had a policeman's hat but not in uniform) had a walkie talkie and was gesturing for me to stop. When I didn't, he overtook and parked in front of me and the second car (which was the new 3 series BMW) was parked right behind me. The guy came up to my window and using his walkie talkie again, was frantically asking me to wind down - it was that split second that I realized that they weren't undercover cops (yes sounds silly now when one is rational!) and I just reversed and drove off. Both cars were chasing me trying to swerve and corner me. I was stopped 3 times by them - the second time was the road downhill between SC and the Science Centre and the same guy from the Merc came out - this time with a parang. I reversed as far as I could - these people were definitely professionals and didn't want their cars damaged cos everytime I reversed, the bmw at the back also reversed. I thought I'd be safe going onto a public road so I went on the sprint highway - they continued to chase and managed to stop me again- and I was on the fast lane of sprint highway (right between the SC and Bukit Kiara) and there were plenty of traffic - and this time - they parked so close to me - one in front and one at the back and the guy with the parang came out and this time was smashing with full force at my driver's seat window. Another guy came from the black bmw and started hitting on my passenger seat window - there were plenty of cars but no one stopped or honked despite seeing these 2 men smashing my car. I just reversed not caring if my car got knocked and trying to get some space so that I can drive out and finally managed to. I lost them when I turned onto Jalan Damansara Highway. It is absolutely traumatizing as I, like many, only read about this.. but the audacity and desperation for them to be doing this in broad daylight and at such a public place is unimaginable. I am so thankful that I am ok but I have to write this because I know many of us take it for granted that it would not happen to us.. but it has happened and it will happen again. Please please be careful - one can never be vigilant enough.

2.Don't stop when you're being chased.
3. Know that they're not the real cops when the proper police cars are not being used I was given this no. by the Inspector - 2274 4465 - it's the Bilik Gerakan in Brickfields and if you think you're being followed or chased - call this no. and they will send a mobile team who's nearest to where you are.

Two old retired politician

Therefore, when we are emotionally affected, try not to act irrationally. As for myself, I have not been successful in mastering this yet. How would you look at this? Most of us find it easier to change the world than oneself. It is easier to point the finger or find fault with others. For one to change himself/herself, one has to first admit that he/she has weaknessess. It is not easy for us human to do that. We always feel that we are correct and are faultless. Well, I am having problem handling this and so as most of you, right? Most of our friends would not want to critize or correct us directly for fear of offending. But, really close friends will do that as they want us to improve. I really appreciate friends that point out to me on my weakness. Difficult it is to change oneself for the better but try we must! I am trying.........are you?

Brain Damaging Habits

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast. People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration. Remedy recommended ......Take your breakfast!

2. Overeating. It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power. Advise...............eat to about 80-90% fullness.

3. Smoking. It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

Action..............Shake the bad habit!

4. High Sugar consumption. Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

Reduce the intake of all sweetness!

5. Air Pollution. The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency. Any suggestions?

6. Sleep Deprivation. Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells. Sleep more often! Can give this as an excuse the next time when you are caught napping! Yeehah!

7. Head covered while sleeping.
Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects. Now, why on earth do you want to do this?

8. Working your brain during illness. Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain. So, to the bosses & managers, listen up! Let your staff take MC! Or else you will end up with staffs/workers with less effective brains! :)

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts. Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage. Remedies.........solve puzzles, play strategy games or board games and brain storming(not so fun).

10. Talking Rarely Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain. Speak up people! Don't be shy!

The main causes of liver damage are:

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.

2. Not urinating in the morning.

3. Too much eating.

4. Skipping breakfast.

5. Consuming too much medication.

6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring and artificial sweetener.

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.

8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver. Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule."

Because :

Evening at 9 - 11 PM : is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

Evening at 11pm - 1 am : is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3 am : detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5 am : detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am : detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9 am : absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30 am , for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30 am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10 am rather than no meal at all.

Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

Well, I have made a lot of mistakes in my life. In every aspect of my life, I have made mistakes. Still making mistakes and will continue making mistakes until I am not around. So what? Making mistakes will not condemn you to eternal death. But, not realising that you have made a mistake will send you to eternal doom! We are homosapiens. Hmm........What are you thinking of? Not Homo or gay le. Humans!. Hehehe! Humans are prone to mistakes. However, we must learn from our mistakes. Analyse how and why the mistake appears. Once we can do that, then there is hope for us.

Otherwise, we can continue to put the blame on someone else instead of ourself. We can choose to be like Samy & his famous quote.............."Not My Fault/Department " or "Act Of God!" :)

A little boy idea of politics.

A little boy goes to his dad and asks, "What are Politics?" Dad says "Well son, let me try to explain it this way:..

1. I'm the head of the family, so call me the president..

2. Your mother is the administrator of the money, so we call her the Government...

3. We're here to take care of your needs, so we'll call you the People...

4. The nanny, we'll consider her the Working class...

5. And your baby brother, we'll call him the future. "Now think about that and see if it makes sense."

So, the little boy goes off to bed thinking about what Dad has said.

Later that night, he hears his baby brother crying, so he gets up to check on him.

He finds that the baby has severly soiled his diaper. So, the little boy goes to his parents room and finds his mother sound asleep.

Not wanting to wake her, he goes to the nannys room. Finding the door locked, he looks in the peephole and sees his father in bed with the nanny.

He gives up and goes back to bed. The next morning, the little boy says to his father, "Dad i think i understand the concept of politics now.

The father says "Good son, tell me in your own words what you think politics is all about".

The little boy replies, "The president is screwing the working class, while the government is sound asleep.

Take a look at this amazing picture below. Took it on my trip to Bangkok Safari Zoo. No tricks involved as it really happens. Notice the tiger cubs sucking milk from the pig mother together with a piglet. The mother pig did not even flinch an inch. Normally, fear will naturally emerge when a pig is near a tiger. However, I was told that these 2 tiger cubs' mother died on giving birth to them. At that time, there are no other female tigers around. So, they decided to do an experiment by putting the cubs onto a mother pig with an abundance of milk even after feeding her own piglets and see what happen. Amazingly, the mother pig welcome the cubs with openly without fear or favour. You just have to see it to believe it!

Well, my friend sent me some photos on this subject too.

Decided to share it with you. Here goes :-

In a zoo in California, a mother tiger gave birth to a rare set of triplet tiger cubs. Unfortunately, due to complications in the pregnancy, the cubs were born prematurely and due to their tiny size, they died shortly after birth.The mother tiger after recovering from the delivery, suddenly started to decline in health, although physically she was fine. The veterinarians felt that the loss of her litter had caused the tigress to fall into a depression. The doctors decided that if the tigress could surrogate another mother's cubs, perhaps she would improve. After checking with many other zoos across the country, the depressing news was that there were no tiger cubs of the right age to introduce to the mourning mother. The veterinarians decided to try something that had never been tried in a zoo environment. Sometimes a mother of one species will take on the care of a different species. The only orphans' that could be found quickly, were a litter of weanling pigs. The zoo keepers and vets wrapped the piglets in tiger skin and placed the babies around the mother tiger. Would they become cubs or pork chops? Take a look...you won't believe your eyes!!

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there! Spent the morning and afternoon with my mom. Took her back from the nursing home. Had breakfast and lunch with her. Nothing fancy, just simple food. Fishball noodles for breakfast while ordered a few homecook dishes for lunch from Restuarant Sun Mar Poh, Ipoh Garden. Good and reasonable price dishes offered by this restaurant. What to do? My cooking is lousy. Spent some quality time with her by chatting with her. I am sure everyone had a great time with their mom today! Some had decided to celebrate earlier to beat the crowd. Smart people! It is really crowded today at most restaurant. For those that are not able to be with your mom to celebrate Mother's Day for some reason, please at least give her a call! It means a lot to her! Anyway, there are some people who really can't with their mom today. Can always visit her on another day. Mother's Day is just a day we have to honor our mom for her sacrifice for us. It is now being too commercialized! We should in fact shower her with love everyday while she is still with us. Spend more time with her whenever we can. For those who can afford it, shower her with all the gifts u can! For those who can't lavish her with gifts, give her a small simple gift or visit her and spend time with your mom. Gifts are not everything, it is the love from our bottom of our heart our mom needs from us all!

Ever give a thought about what we have done in our daily life struggle to be successful in whatever we do? Did we ever hurt someone's feeling by saying unkind words? Or worse still did we ever hurt someone physically? We should all try not to do unkind things to others in our daily life. Refrain from saying words or actions that could cause misery to any human souls if you can avoid it, for once done it can never be undone. Therefore, think before u speak! It is very hard to cultivate good friendship but it can be easily broken off by some silly actions or unkind words in a matter of seconds. There are times where we need to use our brain rather than our emotion. We should even try to be kind to our foe as in this world, there are times where our present foe will turn up to be our ally one day. Give it a thought! :)

This is one which I sometimes find difficulty in

performing it eventhough my heart urges me to do it

whenever there is an opportunity to do so.

Why? Why? Let me tell you why. Ok, here goes :-

One day on my way back from work riding on a public

bus, drops of rain started to fall. Soon it turns out to a be

heavy downpour. It was not a problem for me as I was

armed with an umbrella. As I was nearing towards my

house, I saw a young girl standing under a tree. She

was caught off guard under the heavy downpour. Quickly

I ran into my house, retrieved another umbrella & passed

it to the poor soaking girl. Asked her to go home

quickly and told her to hand back the umbrella the next

day which she agreed to do so. Well, that was the end of

my umbrella. It never came back at all. Although the

umbrella does not cost me much, it is the ungratefulness

that hurts me. Some of my friends said that I was stupid

but then till today, I will still lend a helping hand to those

in need as my heart will not let me. Still get suckered

Putting the phone beside your bed or any where near you is not encouraged.Though some of us will use phones as alarm clocks, but please put the phone as far as possible. Scientists have proved that electrical items including mobile phone and television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause disruptions to our nervous system. Therefore if you need to put your mobile phone near you, switch it off first.

4 DON'T SLEEP WITH MAKE UP

People who sleep with make up might have skin problems in the long run. Sleeping with make up will cause the skin to have difficulty in breathing and problem in perspiring. You will also need a much longer time to go into deep sleep. Lastly.....
